My Experience with ELF peach please baked eyeshadow trio

Packaging: The eyeshadow comes in a cute round pan with an attached lid. The lid is too tightly secured that when you close it,  the eyeshadow might break. That’s exactly what happened with my eyeshadow, i was just closing the lid back and it closed so tightly that the powders broke. Apart from that, its my go to eyeshadow, it fits nicely anywhere and everywhere.

Shade: I bought the shade ‘peach please’. I am always attracted to the peach, pink shimmers in any eyeshadow or highlighters. Coming to the shades, It has a pure matte brown shade which is perfect for lining your eyes and smudging under the eyes for that smokey look. The other two shimmer shades are perfect for inner corner highlights and over the entire lid and also for highlighting.

Texture: The texture is soft and smooth. They are pigmented and super blendable eyeshadows. They are not chalky or powdery. They show up well on the eyes, just the shimmer shades have a little fall out issues. So with these, its advisable to do your eyemakeup first. They can be used wet as well to intensify the colors more. They work well both wet or dry.

Pros of the ELF peach please baked eyeshadow trio

  • super blendable
  • highly pigmented
  • not powdery
  • not chalky
  • shades are coordinated
  • can be used wet or dry

Cons of the ELF peach please baked eyeshadow trio

  • powders break easily as they are soft
  • not available in India

will ‘theblushcorner’ recommend it?

It is a pretty eyeshadow trio, if you want something small which fits easily in the purse or jeans pocket for that matter, then you can give it a try. The pan is well coordinated. The three shades are perfect for the eyemakeup. It’s just that looking at the price point, this eyeshadow might look expensive, but do look out for sale on the ELF website, they always have 50% sitewide etc. If you get the deal, you must buy it, if you don’t get the deal, then you can skip it.
