Hello friends, you must have heard about the US drugstore brand called Colourpop. I was very excited to get my hands on its collection because I had heard a lot about colourpop. Also they are reasonably priced and also one of my US friends was coming down to India and obviously the crazy buyer in me ordered a few eyeshadow palettes and a liquid lipstick which I will be reviewing here soon. I was so impressed by the quality that I ordered another lipstick from instagram store selling international makeup. I got the mini size in it.Colourpop has ultra matte lipsticks, ultra satin lipsticks and ultra glossy lipsticks. I will be reviewing today the ultra matte lipstick in the shade ‘bianca’. Now let’s move ahead:

My experience with colourpop ultra matte lip in the shade ‘bianca’
Packaging: The lipstick comes in a cylindrical bottle with a metallic silver twist up cap. It is a transparent bottle which makes it easier to see the shade. It has a doe-foot applicator and picks up the right amount. The applicator is soft, precise and can be used to outline the lips as well. The cap closes nicely making it travel-friendly. The bottle is very sleek and can be easily fit into jeans pocket.
Shade: The shade Bianca is a mauve-ish nude colour. It will suit the fair to medium skin tones. It will wash out the deeper tones. In fact, I pair this lipstick with any other nude colour on top because this shade washes me out as well. I would say, don’t go by the hand swatch because hand swatch comes across as a dark shade and it translates on the lips much lighter.
Texture: The formula of the lipstick is mind-blowing. This is the finest and comfortable liquid lipstick I have tried. It glides on the lips like butter and within seconds it dries down to a matte finish. It doesn’t dry my lips. It doesn’t settle into my fine lines but exfoliation is the key whenever it comes to liquid lipsticks. It is very pigmented, in one swipe it covers the pigmentation of the lips. It goes on opaque without any sticky feeling. You can easily rub your lips together.
Staying power: The lipstick stays on for good 5-6 hours without being patchy. It is 100% transfer proof and smudge proof as the claim says. It doesn’t budge at all. I have inserted a video on instagram for the proof. But if you happen to eat any oily food then it will come off and starts fading away from the centre of the lips.

Will ‘theblushcorner’ recommend it?
Of course yes! It is very good. It is very comfortable on the lips and doesn’t budge at all. It is hard to find a reasonably priced liquid lipstick which is comfortable on the lips. The only issue is its availability in India but I am sharing the links of some of the instagram stores from where I have purchased certain products and I am sure you can get international makeup from them: In no particular order, these are as follows:
